InfoWeek on 2017 calls for Horizon 2020 Societal challenge 2 will take place on 27-29 June 2016, to talk about these themes "Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, maritime and martime inland water research and bio-economy”.

Emphasis Project will be also presented in this occasion. Here the events organized:

• 27/06 - Dissemination Event, jointly organised by DG AGRI, DG RTD and the Research Executive Agency.  This event will give visibility to results of projects funded under FP7 and Horizon 2020 under the umbrella of SC2. The event is focused on projects of relevance for the SC2 topics 2017 Work Programme of Horizon 2020. The European Commission considered EMPHASIS could easily relate to research priorities identified for this Work Programme and that its outcomes could be of interest to potential applicants under 2017 calls. 
• 28/06 - Morning - Infoday on 2017 SC2 calls  - Practical information to build successful proposals and interactive presentation of topics. Possibility to ask questions on topics will be offered once registration is confirmed. 
• 28/06 - Afternoon - Brokerage event - The brokerage event is organised by the BIOHORIZON project.
• 29/06 - Coordinators day - EMPHASIS has been invited, together with other projects selected from the 2015 calls, to take part to this event to learn how to run projects successfully, but also to create synergies with other consortia.

The event was organized by the project coordinator Agroinnova, the Center of Competence for the Innovation in the agro-environmental field of University of Torino, directed by Maria Lodovica Gullino.
